I had the pleasure to moderate an exciting panel in the Exposed NYC about entrepreneurs developing environmentally-conscious behaviors using meditation, yoga, mindfulness, nutrition, and wellness in our everyday life. Yoga is a passion of mine which I strive to practice diligently to harvest the benefits for my life, health and work as a CEO. It was hosted at The Farm, a cool co-working space in Soho. My panel, “Breaking Down: Mind, Body, and Soul” included Nitika Chopra (Founder, Bella Life), Elizabeth Wilkes (Founder, Exuberancy), Veronica Ruelas (Founder, AshramChic) and Nicole Cardoza (Founder, Yoga Foster). Thank you Virgillia Pruthi (Founder, Network of Women) and Cynthia Hellen (CEO & Founder of SMPLCT Lab) for a very inspiring day!

I’ve been nominated for the Founders-To-Watch Award in Women 2.0 on February 12, 2015. So grateful and amazed to be among all these outstanding women entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley. Since 2006, Women 2.0 has been recognizing innovation and those funding innovation, whose dedication to impact inspires the next generation of innovators. Congratulations to Shaherose Charania, CEO and Founder of Women 2.0, for her amazing leadership! Sharing some colorful tweets from the Gala.

Glad to participate in Startup Grind on February 9-11, 2015 in Silicon Valley, a global startup community designed to educate, inspire and connect 100k entrepreneurs in 150 cities and 65 countries. #StartupGrind2015 was an amazing conference with so many inspiring speakers and attendees. At the end of Day 3, I needed to take a long yoga class, because my mind was overflowing from the adrenaline of networking and interesting conversations with entrepreneurs from around the world about the future of investment and sharing economy, the Internet of Things and education technology. I admire Derek Anderson for his vision for establishing Startup Grind in 2010. Prior to that, he was a founder entrepreneur himself and started his career in Electronic Arts. Here are some tweets from the conference.
